This theme is not a complete theme due to the fact that winterboard does not support complete themes on IOS 7 but this theme does come with ui. It is unique where it does not look like ios 7 with a flat design.

It includes 2 fully themed icon sets (white and black), iconomatic themes, 2 classic dock themes, themed clock app, full calculator theme, control center theme, 2 status bar icon themes, custom wallpapers, spotlight icons, zeppelin addon theme, dynamic wallpapers, and more.

This theme will receive updates as time goes by and as winterboard gets updated and more addons will follow.
